Mridu Parikh is a productivity
speaker and coach who met with us and taught 3 easy steps to being
able to focus and increase your productivity each and every
day. She says that even if people are afflicted with a
“distracted brain” there is still hope. Brains can be re-trained to
be able to focus. Mridu created an acronym (ACT) that she uses to
